Your mission

 

  • Originating, negotiating, structuring and execution of secured property finance transactions principally in the Netherlands and selected other European markets
  • Maintain existing relationships, expand your client portfolio, including cross-selling in a 360° group approach
  • Develop new business opportunities and ideas
  • Manage the process of a real estate financing transaction from request to approval, to contract negotiations, to closing
  • Active internal and external networking in the real estate community 
  • Monitor the performance of the existing portfolio of loans 

 

Your skills

 

  • Successfully completed university degree in economics, business administration, tax or law   
  • At least ten years of proven track record in commercial real estate financing  
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Dutch, English and German (however not mandatory) 
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate lending business and cross-selling products
  • A team-oriented yet deal focused mindset with a client-first approach, strong communication and a close eye for quality and service 
  • Extensive expertise and experience with real estate clients based in the Netherlands as well as a strong network in the commercial real estate market
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills, accurate and a strong risk awareness
  • High level of initiative, above-average motivation, high resilience and flexibility as well as a willingness to travel frequently, in particular to our head office in Munich
