Your mission
- Transaction & Market Analysis:
Support the origination team including deal screening, financial modelling, pricing, market and sector research. - Client Lifecycle & Compliance (KYC):
Manage onboarding, regulatory checks, KYC reviews, and compliance documentation. - CRM & Data Management:
Maintain client data, documentation, and internal reporting systems. - Client & Business Support:
Prepare presentations, pitch books, support business development activities, client meetings, coordinate events and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Team & Operations:
Provide administrative support, coordinate internally across departments, and contribute to projects.
Your skills
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or Real Estate.
- Up to 2 years of experience in banking, finance, or real estate, internships or entry-level roles are very welcome.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and general computer literacy.
- Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in numbers and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated proactivity and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of corporate legal entities and structures, as well as real estate dynamics and lending markets.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A hands-on, can-do mindset an eagerness to learn and grow in an international banking environment.
